About Us
At the heart of NSC Workplace is a singular conviction: workplaces should be environments where people feel respected, protected, productive, and empowered. Our mission is to help organizations of every size build cultures rooted in accountability, fairness, and integrity—and to provide the tools and guidance necessary for sustainable change.
Our Approach & Philosophy
At NSC Workplace, we believe that meaningful workplace transformation requires more than compliance checklists. We partner with organizations to embed sustainable practices, shifting culture from within. Our approach is:
-
Customized & Contextual – Every organization has its own story. We tailor our guidance and training to your unique needs and challenges.
-
Root-Cause Focused – Rather than superficial fixes, we dig into what is holding your organization back, whether policy gaps, managerial behavior, or systemic blind spots.
-
Practical & Actionable – We deliver tools, templates, and processes you can immediately put into action.
-
Ethics-Driven – We champion fairness, respect, and accountability not just as ideals, but as operating principles.
-
Results-Oriented – Our success is measured by positive, lasting change: reduced risk, improved morale, better retention, and resilient workplace relationships.
Meet Nicole Sorokolit Croddick, Founder & CEO
Nicole Sorokolit Croddick is the driving force behind NSC Workplace. A bilingual attorney and seasoned human resources consultant, Nicole brings more than two decades of experience at the intersection of labor law, HR, and corporate ethics. Throughout her career, she has led hundreds of internal workplace investigations, drafted policies and compliance documentation, and advised both employees and employers on navigating complex HR and employment law challenges. A deep belief fuels her dedication: workplaces are not just operational entities, but communities that can uplift or erode human potential.
Nicole’s leadership is both strategic and hands-on. She routinely facilitates compliance training across the U.S., crafts forward-thinking employee handbooks, and serves as a subject-matter expert in global ethics and company culture. As an adjunct professor at Georgian Court University, she also mentors the next generation of professionals in ethics and human resources. Her roots in law began as a law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence Lawson, and later, prosecuting juvenile narcotics cases in New York, remain part of her bedrock commitment to advocacy.
Licensed in both New York and New Jersey, she conducts all professional work in English and Spanish, bridging legal insight with cultural fluency.
