Nicole Sorokolit Croddick is the driving force behind NSC Workplace. Nicole is a bilingual attorney and seasoned human resources consultant with a singular focus: building better workplaces. With more than two decades of experience at the intersection of labor law, human resources, and corporate ethics, Nicole has seen firsthand what organizations need to thrive—and what holds them back.

 

Throughout her career, Nicole has been deeply committed to creating and fostering work environments where people feel respected, protected, productive, and empowered. She has conducted hundreds of internal workplace investigations surrounding allegations of into employeeworkplace misconduct;, drafted countless employee manuals, procedurespolicies and legal and compliance documentss;, and advised and counseled both employees and companies of all sizes on how to navigate complex hr and employment law issues. Whether consulting on best HR practices, facilitating and leading compliance trainings for organizations across the U.S., or crafting forward-thinking employee handbooks, her goal remains constant: helping businesses build cultures rooted in accountability, fairness, and integrity.

 

Nicole’s leadership is not only strategic, but also deeply personal. She believes her role as founder and CEO is vital to creating real, measurable change in the workplace—and her results speak for themselves. She has served as a trusted compliance instructor for major organizations, a subject matter expert in global ethics training, and is now shaping future professionals as an adjunct professor at Georgian Court University.

 

Nicole began her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence Lawson and later as a juvenile prosecutor in New York City, focusing on narcotics recovery and gang intelligence.

 

Today, in addition to running NSC Workplace Solutions, she maintains a small practice in municipal, criminal, and juvenile law, grounded in her unwavering passion for advocacy.

 

She is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York, and conducts all professional work in English and Spanish.
